Pumpkin Collection
New Canaan Farmers Market – 244 Elm Street
Planet New Canaan collects the whole, uncarved and unpainted pumpkins that you used for decoration, after Thanksgiving. We transport the pumpkins to a farm for the cows to enjoy.

Join us for a conversation about the causes and impacts of climate change, how Connecticut is doing on efforts to address the issue, and solutions that can be implemented.

New Canaan’s Tree recycling program is back this year to help keep Christmas trees out of the landfill. Residents can bring their trees to the Waveny Pool parking lot where they will be mulched for your use in New Canaan.
