Totally Obsessed with Kelp!

Join us for our May Green Speaker Series in partnership with Wilton Library. After watching the 30-minute documentary, Kelp!, Leigh Shemitz, PHD, President of SoundWaters, will share what it is like to grow kelp locally, just a few miles away. she will discuss the environmental benefits of kelp farming: how it can improve water quality and provide key nutrients for upland farms in our region.
